Saints Free Agency Free-For-All: A Tumultuous Time To Be A Fan

Free agency is all wacky...here's why:

March 10, 2015 will forever be remembered by Saints fans everywhere as the most idiotic trade Mickey Loomis could ever make.  Jimmy Graham is now a Seahawk Seachicken.  In a move that completely bewildered the New Orleans fan base, Graham has been traded to Seattle in exchange for a first-round pick and Pro Bowl center Max Unger.  All this girl can say is what the ever-living f**k.  Sure, Graham was unhappy with having a franchise tag placed on him this time last year, and sure, we all commented that he was obviously unhappy while playing the game, and yes, he dropped numerous passes that he should have caught -- oh wait, jk, according to fan sources, those were all Drew Brees' fault, my bad -- but why did it have to be Jimmy????  WHY????  The guy has so much potential!  And he eventually could have/should have/would have brought us a Super Bowl win, right??  I mean, he is obviously better than Gronkowski, and clearly deserved to be paid wide receiver money, even though on any team roster for New Orleans he was listed as a tight end.  Eff logic, right?  This is another instance where Brees should have just taken a salary cut and Loomis should've figured out a way to keep Jimmy.  Instead, he's gone to the Seachickens, where bandwagon fans are sure to welcome him with open arms.  That's right Jimmy, go get your money. You're worth it.

Also on the chopping block for New Orleans was youngster Kenny Stills, the up and coming wide receiver. Reactions from fans over this trade to Miami varied from "wait, is that the guy who replaced Bush?" to "aw man! that guy was awesome, I wanted to buy his jersey!"  Rumor has it that Stills liked to party and had a bad attitude throughout last season, and that Drew Brees was fed up with him.  Since the coaching staff and management alike want to keep Brees happy, they got rid of Stills.  Drew was even heard saying, "I'm not gonna miss that guy at all."

Added to the roster is running back C.J. Spiller from Buffalo.  This is an excellent move, in my opinio--- wait, wait, waaaaait a minute, I just remember, this guy broke his collarbone last year and was out for the whole season.  Nope, don't want him.  Never mind the fact that prior to this, he never missed a game in four seasons, was elected to the Pro Bowl as an alternate in 2012, or that in 2013 he rushed 933 yards with 185 receiving yards in 15 games.  What the hell, taking a chance on a guy who was injured and couldn't play?  Why would we do that?  That has never led to any kind of success for New Orleans ever (...Drew Brees...).

Dammit, New Orleans Saints.  Get your shit together.

In conclusion, we're gonna suck so bad this season.
